Description
The water curtain spray painting line is mainly suitable for painting the outer surface of 12kg and 6kg liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders. Its principle is to utilize a suction and exhaust system and a water curtain spraying system to prevent paint mist from spreading and escaping to the work area or outdoors, thus eliminating pollution, improving operators’ working conditions, and achieving environmental protection.
After the cylinders are coated with fast-drying paint (drying time approximately 30 minutes), they undergo self-drying on a suspended track, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The cylinders are conveyed using a stepping conveyor system.
