Description
The machine each station consists of a workstation turntable, a loading station, a welding station, a vibrating material tray, a valve bung loading mechanical arm and a press cylinder. This machine is the upgraded design of our company’s first generation single-station valve bung welding machine, which doubles the efficiency of the previous generation single-station valve bung welding machine. This machine still adopts a fully enclosed design, which completely blocks the arc light when welding the product, and is also conducive to the centralized discharge of welding fumes in the production workshop. The workstation turntable and workstations of this machine are all connected by slewing bearings, making the equipment more durable and easy to maintain.
Parameters:
| Dimensions | 2490×1380×2560 mm |
| Power | 18 Kw |
| Working station | 2 |
| Welding speed | 13-15 s/pc |
| Welding torch | 1 |
| Rotating speed | 0-500 RPM |
Workflow description:
- Start the machine (and start the corresponding universal head feeding manipulator at the same time), start the vibrating material tray, and transport the valve to the three-claw position below the feeding arm. The three-claw grabs the valve and sends it to the valve seat position of the feeding station for standby.
- The universal manipulator sends the shell to the feeding station and waits for the valve bung. The pressure cylinder presses down to press the valve bung. The shell manipulator releases the shell, and the shell slides down to the feeding station. (For the specific loading and unloading process, please refer to the “Basic Operation Process of the Universal Manipulator”)
- The station turntable rotates (180 degrees) and the feeding station rotates to the welding station. The welding torch extends to start welding. (At the same time, the feeding station is loading and unloading the next product)
- The rotary station rotates (180 degrees) and the current welding station rotates to the loading and unloading station. Complete the welding work of a product.
