Description
This machine consists of a frame, a rotary welding fixture, a collar rotary feeding mechanical arm, a collar conveyor line and a lifting mechanism. The rotary fixture and the rotary feeding mechanical arm rotary mechanism use special rotary bearings and servo motors. This machine adopts a fully enclosed design, which completely blocks the arc when welding products, and is also conducive to the centralized discharge of welding fumes in the production workshop.
The rotary disk and workstations of this machine are all connected by rotary bearings, making the equipment more durable and easy to maintain.

Workflow description:
- Start the machine (and start the corresponding universal loading robot at the same time), and the gear mechanism on the collar conveyor line releases a shell to the inline positioning position. The lifting mechanism lifts up a collar, and the loading rotary robot arm absorbs a collar. The rotary robot arm rotates to the top of the welding tooling and waits.
- The universal manipulator loads the products to the welding tooling (for the specific loading and unloading process, please refer to the “Basic Operation Process of the Universal Manipulator”)
- The base rotary loading robot arm moves downward (the collar is already on the suction plate at this time) and presses the collar on the shells, which also plays a positioning role.
- Three welding guns are extended at the same time, the safety door is closed, and welding begins. After welding is completed, the welding torchs are retracted. Complete a welding.
